My Sims 3 game downloads all custom content from different sites but when i try to download whole sims my launcher says 'Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again.' From my knowledge my game automatically updates because of origin so i don't know whats going on. Simcity doesn't download on mac on new software download. It seems that SimCity doesn't play very well in full 1920 x 1080 resolution on a Mac, even on MacBook Pros. For now, the best resolution for the game to run reliably is 1200×800. The solution for many people is to switch back to using Parallels to play SimCity on Mac which bizarrely works better.
